As the sender, we are privy to more information than you, the receiver, so please allow us to take care of dealing with Canada Post. DO NOT CONTACT CANADA POST FIRST. If you do this, we will not be able to do anything, and we want to be able to help you!!! Once the package is 7 days overdue, then we can open an investigation with Canada Post. Please note that this Canada Post investigation can take up to thirty days. If they are able to find your package, then shipping will continue as normal. If the package is found to be lost after the investigation is complete, then we will happily send you a new order.
