We do not accept returns. Due to the nature of the consumables we sell, and the expensive shipping costs, we can’t accept returns of any kind. However, we never want anyone to feel unhappy with our products, so depending on the situation we can usually work something out to keep both parties happy. Just send us a message and we’ll always do what we can to help!

No, not at the moment. Our order limits are set to make shipping easy and inexpensive for those involved.

At the moment we do not. We have priced most of our products well below our competitors prices, and if needed, you can always send us a message explaining your situation and we can usually work something out! We want to make this medicine accessible to everyone.

We are an online dispensary only, and do not have a storefront. We ship through Canada Post right to your door.

To order through Honest Botanicals, you must be able to show that you are 19 years of age or older, and must have a Canadian shipping address, as we only ship within Canada. That’s it!

Becoming a member is free and easy! You will be asked to upload a photo of your picture ID to show that you are over 19. The only other thing we require is a Canadian shipping address, as we don’t ship outside of Canada. You’re now all set to shop!

Yes, we charge GST or HST on all purchases. The amount charged will depend on what the sales taxes are in your province.

We currently accept Interact E Transfers and Bitcoin as payment.

Bitcoin can be purchased through your bank account or credit card using a Canadian Exchange broker.

CBD is the second most prominent chemical compound found in the cannabis plant. Medicinal benefits include, but are not restricted to: anti-inflammatory properties, analgesic, anti-convulsant, stress relief, pain management, and relief from symptoms related to neurological disorders.  CBD is non-psychoactive, which makes it great for treating those of you that are not interested in the ‘high’ that THC gives.

Shipping and Delivery

What happens if my order is marked as ‘Delivered’, but I don’t have my package?2019-08-02T13:22:35-05:00

We 100% guarantee your shipment if it is lost or stolen in transit. 

If your tracking number says that the package has been delivered, but you have not received anything, please contact us first. DO NOT CONTACT CANADA POST.

We will open an investigation with Canada Post, and once the package is found to be lost by Canada Post, we are absolutely happy to send you a new order!

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with a complete address and a valid name. If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we are happy to ship it back to you, but ask that you cover the $15 cost of shipping.

If any problems arise during the shipping of your order, please DO NOT contact Canada Post or open a support ticket with them. If you do this, we cannot guarantee your shipment anymore. Instead, please contact us our customer service department and we are more than happy to help you through this.

What if my order is taking longer than expected to arrive?2019-08-02T13:23:25-05:00

If you are having any problems with the delivery of your product, please contact our customer service department.

They are available to help 7 days a week from 7-7 Pacific time.

As the sender, we are privy to more information than you, the receiver, so please allow us to take care of dealing with Canada Post. DO NOT CONTACT CANADA POST FIRST. If you do this, we will not be able to do anything, and we want to be able to help you!!! Once the package is 7 days overdue, then we can open an investigation with Canada Post. Please note that this Canada Post investigation can take up to thirty days. If they are able to find your package, then shipping will continue as normal. If the package is found to be lost after the investigation is complete, then we will happily send you a new order.

All orders over $150 receive free Xpress Post shipping. Any order under $150 are a flat rate Express Post shipping fee of $15 to anywhere in the country.

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging through Canada Post. We use Express Post which means you will get a unique tracking number that will allow you to view your package’s location and progress.

Our little worker bees always ship your order the same day, (if ordered and paid before 2:00 Eastern time,) using Canada Post. Shipping times are approximately 2-5 business days, depending on your location, holidays and sometimes even weather! Please keep in mind that these shipping times are approximate, and not a guarantee. We don’t ship orders on weekends or holidays, and we always send you a tracking number before your order ships, so you can see exactly where your goodies are in their journey. Your tracking number doesn’t show in the Canada Post system until it has been scanned at the post office. We do not offer refunds if the package arrives late due to postal issues or Canada Post delays.
